At Vhue Skin, we value your time and are committed to a professional, results-driven experience. The following policies ensure fairness and respect for all appointments.

Consultations & Treatment Eligibility
First-time clients booking corrective treatments (chemical peels, TCA CROSS, microneedling, laser) must complete a consultation first — facials excluded. If booked without one, your appointment will be converted to a consultation on arrival. Returning clients should book only the procedure recommended by their provider.

Booking & Payment
Appointments are confirmed upon payment. All bookings are final and non-refundable — payment holds your reserved time. Refunds apply only in the event of a provider no-show or confirmed booking error.

Accepted payments: Credit card on file — Bambora (PCI compliant, meaning your card data is encrypted and never stored directly by Vhue Skin)· Stripe (in-person) · Interac e-Transfer to info@vhueskin.ca (in-person).

By booking, you authorize Vhue Skin to process payment per these policies.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancellations or changes made under 24 hours incur a 50% service fee. No-shows without notice are charged 100% of the service fee. All fees are charged automatically to the payment method on file. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, is permitted a maximum of two (2) times, and same-month rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requires a new booking and payment. Requests via WhatsApp or Email only.

Late Arrivals
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and treated as a missed appointment. Arrivals under 15 minutes late will receive a shortened treatment time.

Results, Aftercare & Suitability
Results vary and cannot be guaranteed — outcomes depend on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. Clients are responsible for following all post-treatment instructions. Vhue Skin is not liable for outcomes affected by non-compliance. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any treatment deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Appointment Day
Please arrive with a clean face, no makeup (sunscreen recommended). Clinical photos may be taken for progress tracking. Virtual consultation links are sent via WhatsApp or email after payment. Please attend alone unless prior arrangements have been made. Reminders are sent 24 hours before your appointment as a courtesy, you remain responsible for your scheduled time.
