Vhue Skin Canada – Booking Policy
At Vhue Skin, your time, trust, and skin journey mean the world to us. To ensure every client receives the best possible care and attention, we’ve outlined a few policies designed to keep our experience seamless and respectful for everyone.
1. Appointments & Consultations
- New Clients: All first-time clients interested in advanced resurfacing treatments are required to book a consultation except you only plan to receive the glass skin facial. If another treatment is selected, it will be converted to a consultation upon arrival.
- Returning Clients: Please book only the procedure recommended by your provider to ensure continuity and optimal results.
2. Payment & Booking Confirmation
- Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe, Credit/Debit cards or Interac e-Transfer to vhueskincanada@gmail.com(
- When using Interac, please select the “Automatic Deposit” option.)
- Appointments are booked on an appointment-only basis, and slots are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Due to the customized nature of our services, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once a booking is confirmed.
- All fees paid are non-refundable, unless in the rare case of a provider no-show or confirmed error on our part.
3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling
We understand that things come up! If you need to adjust your booking:
- Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the service fee.
- No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24–48 hours in advance.
To reschedule, please contact us directly via WhatsApp.
4. Late Arrivals
Please be respectful of the next guest’s time by arriving promptly.
- Delays of 15 minutes or more may require rescheduling.
- Delays under 15 minutes will be deducted from your treatment time.
- Your appointment may also be subject to longer wait times outside the studio until your provider is available.
5. Appointment Reminders & Confirmations
- As a courtesy, Vhue Skin sends reminders via text or email 24 hours before your appointment.
6. Appointment Day Checklist
- Please arrive with a clean face and no makeup.
- We will take clinical photographs before, during, and after your treatment for documentation and progress tracking.
- For virtual consultations, a meeting link will be sent to your WhatsApp or email after payment has been received.
